A booking advance (as specified at the time of reservation) is required to confirm the stay.
The balance payment must be completed prior to or at the time of check-in.
Booking confirmation will be issued upon receipt of the advance payment.
Cancellation made 60 days or more prior to the arrival date will attract 50% of the total booking amount as cancellation charges.
Cancellation made between 59 to 30 days prior to the arrival date will attract 75% of the total booking amount as cancellation charges.
Cancellation made within 30 days of the arrival date will attract 100% of the total booking amount as cancellation charges.
In case of a no-show without prior intimation, one room night per room reserved will be charged.
Date modifications are subject to availability and applicable charges.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
All guests must present a valid government-issued photo identification at check-in.
Only the number of guests confirmed at the time of booking will be permitted to stay in the room.
Additional guests beyond the confirmed occupancy will attract extra charges.
The property reserves the right to refuse accommodation if occupancy limits are exceeded.
A refundable security deposit may be collected at the time of check-in.
The deposit will be refunded within 3 days after check-out, subject to inspection for damages, missing items, or breakages.
Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect other guests and property staff.
Smoking and consumption of tobacco products are strictly prohibited inside rooms and indoor premises.
Pets and animals are not permitted within the premises.
Any damage to furniture, fixtures, linen, appliances, or property assets will be charged based on prevailing market value.
The management reserves the right to request guests to vacate the premises in case of misconduct, illegal activities, or violation of property rules.
Pool access is permitted from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
Appropriate swimwear is mandatory.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
The management shall not be responsible for accidents, injuries, or mishaps occurring in or around the pool area.
Parking facilities are available within and near the premises.
The management shall not be held liable for theft, damage, or loss of vehicles or belongings kept inside vehicles.
Guests are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings.
The management shall not be liable for loss, theft, accidents, injuries, natural calamities, or unforeseen incidents during the stay.
Government-approved taxes will be applicable on all room tariffs and services.
Guests must comply with all applicable local laws and regulations during their stay.
The management reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
Continued stay at the property constitutes acceptance of these terms.
